      Overall RISE is a great company to work with and for! RISE has an excellent company culture centered around service and positive impact. The company is always looking for ways to have even a greater impact on others and within the communities they serve. RISE has hands down some of the best Leaders in the industry.

      RISE has grown quickly and, at times of extreme growth, updated processes or change needed can be delayed.

      Pros

      Work atmosphere is challenging and rewarding with leadership in line with company philosophy of Love. Serve. Care. A company that does what is says it will do and continuously strives to make a positive impact everyday on everyone. Positive vibes all the way around. Company get togethers are frequent so that you can get to know everyone not just a few. Leadership's door is always open.
