Pros

Great co-workers, the campus is beautiful

Cons

No promotional potential. They want you to pretend your cops but you don't get any of the training, and you are underpaid.

Pros

Students are phenomenal! Most faculty & staff are friendly and good colleagues. Benefits are top-notch relative to other universities/colleges in the area.

Cons

University administration has not equipped its faculty & staff to be successful long-term for growth in a competitive Higher Educ marketplace. Faculty are not provided adequate resources to compete at large funding agencies. Many good faculty are stunted by inadequate infrastructure and are allowed to flounder, fail, or ultimately leave. Staff are not given resources to properly serve students. Choosing options or advising students for their best self-interests when it goes against University desirables (NOT WRITTEN policies) leads to reprimanding, student stress, and low staff morale.
