Pros

Free education. Great 403B matching. Christmas break they shut down campus and you get paid for it!!

Cons

The pay is low. They offer great benefits but they really need to update their pay structure.

Pros

RIT contributes 9% to my 403b and I was able to complete a free masters degree. Time off is generous and it's truly a great company to work for.

Cons

Pay is generally lower than similar jobs in other companies . It's difficult to move up in the company
