Pros

This job allows you to meet students from all walks of life and get some crucial customer service experience as they come in for coffee, hot chocolate, tea, printing, board game rental, etc. During the down time the Lounge is a great space to get some homework done.

Cons

Our active customer base has been increasing at an exponential rate as more people seek to take advantage of the free amenities we offer, if you're looking to get a lot of work done during your shift you may be disappointed.
