Pros

You'll learn a lot about audio and lighting equipment. The people are great to work with no matter the job you're on. Really just a fun place to be. They have no problem paying overtime. Also, the training is great.

Cons

The pay is sub par to say the least. The hours can be terrible when you're doing a concert or something.
