Pros

Flexible Hours and classes come first. Obviously you are there to learn. They understand if you need flexible hours during exams week.

Cons

Pay is not what it should be and there is high turn over for student jobs. When giving a financial aid package they make part of it the money you could earn working for RIT. Not really financial aid if you have to earn it....
