Pros

Great employment opportunities for students

Cons

If you work full time over the summer, you still get the same low hourly wage for a 40 hour week. Compared to what I was doing, it did not seem sustainable to do that for very long.

Pros

Good retirement, health and other benefits. Surrounding areas are great for family and so on. The institution is financially strong. Reasonable opportunities of growth.

Cons

Workload too way too high. Teaching staff are made to teach too many courses with too many preparation. In addition, they are required to provide service to the insitute.
