Pros

You can make some money while in college.

Cons

You are getting paid less than other dining services jobs on campus. They don't treat you very well. The hours suck because they close at 7pm. We don't get bonuses like other dining jobs on campus.

excellent facilities, good benefits, good exercise facility, great library, excellent 403b matching, good tuition exchange program for children, free parking for employees

Cons

cold weather, gray weather, closed to hiring their own graduates, photo program is so large its hard to achieve changes.
