Pros

Working as a Graduate Assistant has been an incredibly rewarding experience. This position not only helped me gain deeper technical knowledge in my field, but also gave me the opportunity to connect with students and support them in addressing their concerns. Being able to guide, mentor, and interact with students has strengthened both my professional and interpersonal skills.

Cons

No significant cons, overall a very positive experience.
