      A wonderful environment to grow yourself professionally, discover the GovCon industry, and expand your network. Everyone has been extremely supportive of my role and I look forward to interacting with RIVA folks everyday.

      None I can think of! I have been working out-of-state and remotely which can be difficult sometimes, but that is to be expected!

      Pros

      Company wastes a lot of money of stupid alpaca things.

      Cons

      Backstabbing, lying management. Will use you until they are done and toss you aside as soon as you have served your purpose. Turnover is VERY high, employees are least valuable asset in the company. Doubt they will be in business for many more years.
