Small company with very little red tape

Cons

Salary slowly decreases with time and commission tiers go up. Very very very little training, you literally will wonder what you need to do each day.

Pros

I am basically my own boss running my territory. No micro-management going on if you stay busy. Excellent vacation and PTO. NO WEEKENDS!

Cons

Lose money on company car. Raises are miniscule. Promotions promised and not delivered. Promotions given to less qualified techs. Senior techs are resistant to learning new equipment. As the company get's larger the "bonuses" get smaller. Politics, politics, politics!

Cons

Only con is we have reached the size where it is hard to get all together. There is a lot of close relations of family you can't always see them but they are only a call away!
