I think the start out pay is good and from there you can only move up! Also I personally think that this company offers a wide arrange of incentives for employees, as well as very nice perk. Overall this is a great place to work for!

Traffic because I live far away from the centers.

Upper management seems to care about employee happiness. Work hours are great. Work conditions are awesome. I am not stuck in an office environment.

Cons

Pay is not what I consider great. Pay raises are minor increases. Some techs are "favored" over others.

RJ Young is in many states so there is opportunity to move inside the company. I enjoy the flexibility and transparancy of our leadership. RJ Young is a great place to plan to retire.

Cons

Being is so many states it's hard to get to know people in other offices face to face.
