I have been working for R J Young for approximately one year I was involved in a acquisition from a major corporation, from day one I felt like I was part of the family, I've been treated with respect and dignity since coming over to RJY. It's nice to work for a company where I have a name and people know me instead of working for a major corporation where I was just a number and not a name . RJY is a family ran business and they are very family oriented if there is time that you need to take off RJY will make accommodation in your best interest. The pay is very competitive and they have good benefits and also good insurance. I am looking forward to working for this company and know that I'll be retiring from this company. There is so much more positive things I can say about R J Young but I'm trying to keep it short.

They work with you when you are dealing with family emergencies, they are very understanding when "traffic happens", they offer benefits to their employee's that most company's would never dream of supplying to theirs. This company takes care of it's employee's like they are family and makes sure that they are treated with the same respect and dignity that their brother or sister would have. If you are looking for a company that likes to take care of others while making sure that they are doing their job to the fullest and get satisfaction from it then this is the company for you. I always grew up and heard about this company and how good of a place this was and always wanted to be here. And after being here for 2-3 years I can honestly say that this company is beyond even more amazing than I thought it would be when I first started. I can't wait to see where it will be when as the technology evolves with it because i know that it can only go even more up from here.
