Love the Family feel. Good comp plan and do everything possible to help.

Cons

Growing so fast they can't keep up with themselves. Good thing. Need to add more IT support overlay, upgrade a little infostructure and get a dedicated training for reps.

Pros

This is a great place to work for. I feel like people value the work I do, and care about my development. There is plenty of opportunity for continual learning and growth. My supervisors have always been supportive. We are continually looking for ways to improve customer experience, develop better processes to increase efficiency, and work together across departments. I've been a part of the family for 8 years with no desire to leave.

Cons

The commute into downtown is long for me.
