I control my schedule 90% of time. On the road most of the day. Free phone. Clothing allowance. Not working outside. Clean working enviroment.

Cons

No pay raises. They make you pay for the company car. Customers can be rude.

Pros

Unlimited days off while still receiving pay. Freedom to work your own schedule throughout the day as long as you're in the office at 8 am and bavk before 5 pm

Cons

Salary to taken away after 6 months to go full commission, no real training, only room to advance if you are a "buddy" of someone in management. Very white employee dominant

Pros

Looks good on a resume to get into medical sales.

Cons

Structurally unsound company that does not invest into it's employees with virtually no training or trainer. Upper management is very lacking in support and decision making. Conflict with departments is continuous due to conflicting pay structure. Employees are very cut throat to further their career for a while and management rewards this. 3 CFO's and 4 VP of Sales in 5 years! If you are looking for a fair company and job security, this is not the company for you!
