      Pros

      GREAT company to work for. The staff at the PM level and below are exception. The company has a profit center which facilitates work sharing between offices.

      Cons

      Partners are oblivious of abusive supervisors and allow hostile/toxic work environments to exist in offices away from the Baltimore corporate office.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, WFH opportunities, Closed for the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve Day when it falls Monday through Friday. Also, closed for Winter Break depending on the year and when Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Day fall during. PTO Cash-out up to 120 hours. Carry over 140 each year.

      Starting PTO is low, not closed for MLK Day, Presidents Day, Indigenous Peoples' (Columbus) Day, or Veterans Day.
