      Great. Until partners changed

      Pros

      Good pay. Challenging work. Some of staff are real stars. Others not at all. Some staff given too much credit when performance is average or less.

      Cons

      Poor Management. Partners aloof. Not employee oriented. It's all about the money.

      RK&K is a great place to work. The partners really care about their employees. Lots of flexibility is allowed.

      Outside hires are sometimes favored over inside promotions.
