      Amazing culture, amazing team, amazing work

      Pros

      -Flexible work, hybrid schedule; can work remotely/in office/at client, very flexible. -Coworkers are amazing to work with, a great "support system" and "team-like" environment. -Provide great preparation for first busy season. -Minimal travel for client.

      Cons

      -Busy season can be overwhelming, as it is an increase of normal hours. -Travel to clients can be lengthy.

      RKL really seems to care about its employees from a personal standpoint.

      Pros

      Pay, Benefits, remote and/or hybrid work day. Snacks and drinks/coffee in the kitchen is a nice perk. They want to make sure you have a good work/life balance. Even reminding us to use our PTO. Allowing us to work from home has been a great perk and I am so thankful for that. RKL really drives home the inclusion and diversity aspect of the company, making sure everyone feels welcome and accepted. Supportive management along with great seniors who lead the teams. I feel very stimulated, and enjoy the work itself. I feel heard when I have a suggestion or opinion about a process.

      Cons

      Training and information could be given or supplied in a better way for the Medical Billing team. Clearer expectations when given work or a project.
