      No onboarding plan given Lacked internal training and skill workshops to build product knowledge and readiness to attend to clients/projects. Severely lacked line management engagement. Unsupportive structure to onboarding.

We're sorry to hear that the standard onboarding plan for your part of the business (team intros , OHS & Optima training/intros, buddy program, weekly Q&A) was insufficient. That is never our intent, as we want all team members to be fully prepared to take on their roles and understand the business.
