      Pros

      The work we are doing is beneficial to the health industry and helps support not only the hospital management but the staff as well.

      Cons

      Onboarding training needs to have a plan and timeline. Because the team is so busy new staff are require to step into tasks quickly but without full training, meaning having to pick up as we go making unnecessary errors

We so have a working group dedicated to global onboarding and hope to have a new process rolled out soon. With so many acquisitions, onboarding hasn't been consistent and we're working to address it.
