      Pros

      Feel like I have opportunities to grow, which is the most important. People are very pleasant. Someone from way to the top doesn't have a problem with asking you about something or take your advice.

      Cons

      Not always the best between teams communication, which I expected in a bigger company. Does not affect much though.

We do have great support between managers and colleagues and I know Terence really enjoyed being able to get back out to Macedonia and spend time with the team.       Pros

      These is a lot of flexibility and the benefits are good.

      Cons

      In August they asked employees to give them high reviews because their glassdoor rating was so low. They are constantly acquiring new companies and the HR team has no clue how to assimilate new employees. No one knows what the other divisions are doing. The lack of communication is a nightmare. They also have absolutely no diversity plan and when it is brought up, you are punished for implying the company could be improved by increasing their diversity outreach.

      Keeping patients and medical staff safe Well Organized Excellent Co-Workers Work from home No negativity Always given positive reinforcement Have wonderful learning modules

      Covid keeps us from being able to gather for face to face company meetings
