      Pros

      I've learned more in the last 3 years at WSHA than I have in my 10+ years of experience elsewhere. While I was a little overwhelmed at first, I quickly realized that if you take advantage of the opportunity, you can significantly grow your knowledge base. Most roles are not pigeon-holed like they are at other companies; you have the ability to interact with many departments and many different levels of employees and management. Upper management is very transparent, so I feel much more connected to the day-to-day as well as the long-term strategy. And it's cool to see how I fit into the bigger picture. Do we work hard here? Heck yeah. But we love what we do. The employees that succeed here are the ones who can see the bigger picture and what an awesome opportunity working here can be.

      Cons

      Be ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work. Slackers and layabouts don’t last long. If that scares you off, you’re not cut out for it in the first place.

      Pros

      The interview process was quick and straight to the point. The interviews were scheduled not too far apart and that is a good time saving method. Additionally, the company is very warm and welcoming toward new employees and they strive to empower their employees best qualities.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any.

      Pros

      The interview process was thorough, challenging and ultimately rewarding. The management clearly really care about the service they deliver, the way they do it, and the community of people that make up the global Allocate team. The welcome given to new starters is just lovely, and colleagues from across the business genuinely seek to set you up for success. The onboarding is considered, comprehensive, planned and structured. Everyone I've met, is proud to work at Allocate, and totally dedicated to providing the best possible service to Allocate's customers.

      Cons

      Honestly, I'm struggling to think of anything....but some might find the sheer scale of the learning curve mapped out for them daunting. Even then, the culture of support is so evident, and
