RL Datix is the worst place to work for after Acquisition

Pros
After becoming RLDatix from RL solutions, NONE. no pros at all. RL solutions had a great culture, the CEO Sanjay valued employees like a family, but after it is acquired by Datix and has become RLDatix, there are no PROS. the managers create a stressful environment for the employees and twist facts to make themselves look good to upper management. Some product owners and even directors tell new employees to suck up to their favourites and friends as they all have been there for more than 8-10 years.
Cons
They are laying off people who are 99% women and 100% not white. Hiring only white people. It has become Racial and Sexist now.
