      Pros

      Very low standards. You will be working with pretty inexperienced people. No one works particularly hard, it's a very cushy place to work.

      Cons

      Many Directors have been there for over 10-15 years and started in low level positions, they have no management training, industry experience, or technical competence.

      Competitive rates of pay Good location Nice office and equipment Company is being well led at a high level and growing

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism from middle management - no direction or guidance given, absolutely no communication whatsoever. High turnover No onboarding processes No training program for new starters Sterile, almost Orwellian office culture where workers are averse to non-work-related topics out of a legitimate fear of radically disproportionate reprisal from middle management
