Very nice people. They are trying to build a better mousetrap but its not built.

Cons

Low Low commissions. The comp plans are design with much complexity that do not favor the employee. You will make no where near the 300K at plan. This is 200-225 at best.

the salaries are not very competetive weird new management decisions that are just trying to micromanage everything instead of just letting us work and meetings oh so many meetings
