      Pros

      RLI has a great sense of culture and a good remote policy for those not located in the Peoria Office. Great team members all across the board

      Cons

      There are bouts of micromanagement on certain teams. At times, it feels as though there is only criticism from management and rarely any praise. Most of the praise you'll get comes from your team.

      Pros

      Amazing benefits - hard to compare them to most other companies. 401k, PTO hours, paid for company-wide social events. Amazing people - I have felt welcome since my first day. Amazing opportunities - RLI welcomes & encourages position changes within the company. RLI pays for continuous education in insurance, which is great if you're new to the industry, like I was. Amazing company - I have never worked for a company that actually cared about their employees. RLI does. It has been proven to me on multiple occasions.

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of a con.. but if I must put something, I don't like that we can only roll over 5 days of PTO into the next year. I'd like to keep more PTO banked, but that's just being nit-picky.
