Pros

The culture and the people is the best you'll see. Very flexible working environment with smart people with an ownership mentality. Everyone is wiling to help even if it is not technically in their job description.

Cons

You'll likely find a position with a higher base pay else but the other benefits- PTO, culture, ESOP, and 401k make up for that.

Pros

My time at RLI has allowed me to grow and mature in my role with autonomy and freedom, allowing me to build my book of business without lacking support whenever needed. The benefits have been outstanding and they are constantly seeking employee feedback to make them better.

Cons

If you don't like to work hard and be held accountable for the work you produce....you won't be successful here.
