Decentralized company and no matter where you are in the org., you are impowered to make decisions. ESOP is generous As the year progresses, company updates you on how the bonus is shaping up

Cons

Since it is a "flat" organization, you will eventually hit a ceiling on how you can progress.

Pros

After leaving another three letter Carrier this company has provided more than I could have ever thought of. The Leadership here listens and is open minded. You are not "siloed" in your position if it really does not suit you. There are many areas of the business that would welcome you. This company has- Great Retirement Great Culture Great Compensation Plan Great People Great Leadership Just to name a few... This company wants everyone to feel included and will listen to you so they can makes changes for their employees.

Cons

The only thing I would change is the Health Plan.
