Pros

RLI has great people & rewarding compensation. Most employees are aligned and engaged, minimal drama, and the company is encouraging of new & different ideas.

Cons

Nothing major. The corporate appetite for hybrid and remote work continues to evolve/improve. It’s perceived now as more acceptable than a few years ago.

As I approach retirement after 26 years, I never hesitate to share what a great career RLI has provided me! Besides the tangible benefits of great health & life benefits and incredible financial benefits of our bonus plan, profit sharing, and ESOP, I have benefited from opportunities for personal and professional development. I have built relationships with co-workers, vendors, and customers. Thank you RLI for providing me with such a great career!
