Pros

The company culture can't be beat. I have worked for multiple insurance companies throughout my career and this is the best place I have been. The people here are amazing to work with - smart, friendly, helpful and welcoming. I love my team and it is truly a pleasure to work for my manager. The benefits, including salary & PTO, are top notch.

Cons

Nothing worth noting :-) Some days work can be hard, but it can be hard at any job or at any company.

Ownership culture, career advancement opportunities are plentiful, provide employees the ability to make decisions and impact the company without feeling micromanaged, excellent compensation structure

Cons

Paid parental leave for both mothers and fathers could be improved on when compared to competitors
