RLI is very supportive of new employees and has a smooth on-boarding process. The total benefits package is great and there is a very nice work-life balance that allows more flexibility than all other insurance companies. The company performs well financially and provides stability to the employees who work here both now and in the future. Highly recommend!

The culture is refreshing, and size of the company allows for change and growth. The organization is not too big to get out of its own way. The benefits, large and small are great; there are some nice added benefits like the new addition of Volunteer time off which offers a full day off to volunteer at a charity of your choice. While added perks like this would not be a deal-breaker in an employer/ employee relationship, it is nice. There are quite a few apprecation events, etc. that I've never seen before in my career. The organization does a good job of making employees feel valued.
