Pros

So far the company has given me all the tools I need to succeed. Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming which goes a long way while trying to acclimated to a new company. I've been very impressed.

Cons

To date, I don't have any complaints or cons. Any job will have some aspect that an individual will consider a con. I just haven't been here long to find out what that is for me.

Pros

Great work environment. No micromanaging, at least in my unit and for my VP. Experienced and serious-minded work force. Systems work as they should. Management is supportive and quick to respond to questions/requests.

Cons

Small office units can be tough if you're accustomed to being in a larger office. Tempe location has limited shopping and dining options compared to Scottsdale, and can be difficult to navigate when school is in sessions.

Pros

Working with intelligent, driven individuals and specialized and unique product lines. Overall, I enjoy coming to work each day and the great benefits are just icing on the cake.

Cons

There are no company-wide flexible work arrangement guidelines.
