- Open and welcoming culture, everyone I've interacted with has been welcoming free with information and help and genuinely interested in helping me succeed - Very comfortable environment. The recently remodeled home office is very comfortable with lots of natural light and a modern feel - Great leadership. I've worked at other places where leaders have talked about caring for employees and providing support and Opportunity. RLI leadership really follows through on this, genuinely providing services and support to optimize personal and employment success.
Cons
I've really experienced no significant negatives. I will say the complex organization and varied products present a challenge getting up to speed, but that's actually been part of the fun.
