      Pros

      The culture is refreshing, and size of the company allows for change and growth. The organization is not too big to get out of its own way. The benefits, large and small are great; there are some nice added benefits like the new addition of Volunteer time off which offers a full day off to volunteer at a charity of your choice. While added perks like this would not be a deal-breaker in an employer/ employee relationship, it is nice. There are quite a few apprecation events, etc. that I've never seen before in my career. The organization does a good job of making employees feel valued.

      Cons

      Technology could be better, but that is an area Senior Mangement has acknowledged and made a priority to improve upon.

      Pros

      So far the company has given me all the tools I need to succeed. Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming which goes a long way while trying to acclimated to a new company. I've been very impressed.

      Cons

      To date, I don't have any complaints or cons. Any job will have some aspect that an individual will consider a con. I just haven't been here long to find out what that is for me.

      Pros

      Great work environment. No micromanaging, at least in my unit and for my VP. Experienced and serious-minded work force. Systems work as they should. Management is supportive and quick to respond to questions/requests.

      Cons

      Small office units can be tough if you're accustomed to being in a larger office. Tempe location has limited shopping and dining options compared to Scottsdale, and can be difficult to navigate when school is in sessions.
