Overworked and little advancement opportunities

The company has been consistently profitable

Cons

The company piles on work and states you are performing very well even better than your peers but then gives barely cost of living pay raises and little to no advancement opportunities. To explain this leadership constantly states that the company has really high expectations.

- C-Suite is very visible and communicative. - ESOP / Underwriting Incentive Plan (UIP) and benefits. - Rock solid culture of ownership. - Work/life balance. - High degree of autonomy. - Couldn’t ask to be part of a team of better people. Passionate about their work and pretty chill.

Cons

- We are very siloed, but efforts have been made to improve that. - Merit increases of substance and promotions up the ladder may be few and far between. - Regret that I didn't start here earlier in my career...
