Great people, Great culture. The ESOP - you're an Owner after one year. RLI is big enough to offer Big Company opportunities and benefits, but small enough that you're not a number. Your work is seen by people who can make a difference in your career. You can make a great career at RLI.

From my first day with RLI, I was warmly welcomed by my team, department, and other colleagues. The work environment is cooperative and collaborative. The company culture is one of openness, transparency, engagement and positivity. Work/life balance is stressed as needed for all employees.
