      Pros

      RLI is a fantastic place to work. The growth opportunities are there for those who want it. The company size allows you to feel like your individual contributions are making an impact, because they are. Also, leadership really invests in their team's development, whilst recognizing their current achievements. I would recommend RLI to anyone who wants to work hard, feel valued for their contributions, and grow within the company.

      Cons

      Because RLI is such a high performing company, I have observed a very selective hiring process. Understandably, hiring talented individuals can take time, but this can leave current employees with a voluminous workload that can be difficult to manage. Additionally, without an established training department, the hiring pool becomes limited solely to candidates who have extensive experience.

      Pros

      Excellent place to work, with a nurturing, integrity driven culture; committed supervisory personnel, who are respectful and encourage your development and growth. True employee ownership options and benefits that are rare to find in many companies.

      Cons

      The workload at times can be challenging, however, you have engaged support and an open-door policy to discus and navigate through the same.
