      Pros

      I enjoy solving problems and collaborating with my coworkers who have the same vested interest. We are here to support each other and excel together. This company is so good about remembering the little things that build morale. Once you have proven yourself as a valuable contributing employee, I find that RLI goes above and beyond to offer flexibility arrangements.

      Cons

      Some may find the organization somewhat flat but I do believe there are ample opportunities to move laterally or upward depending on your aspirations. Some may also find that the workplace is challenging as you are expected to perform your job at a higher standard.

      Management is very transparent about upcoming changes and initiates. A lot of thought has gone into their benefits package.

      Technical debt (same as most companies).
