RLI is a great place to work! They strive to be competitive with benefits, salaries, and employee incentives. Employees are empowered to make their own decisions. The culture encourages uniqueness and challenges employees to look at things differently.

Strong culture. Employees act as owners. Flexibility with remote work. Competitive compensation. Excellent retirement benefits. Good bonus potential.

Cons

Home office is based in Peoria, IL. Somewhat flat organization, so not always a lot of opportunity for promotion. Limited appetite for growth.
