Wonderful Place to Work

Pros

- Solid pay, benefits, and bonus structure - Company Culture; most people at RLI tend to get along very well and it creates a collaborative, friendly, and productive work environment. - Transparency with management regarding goals, production, and work standards. - Relatively flexible work arrangements. It sounds like this will continue in some capacity once Covid rounds out. I am interested to see what stance the company takes long-term. Regardless, the company has been transparent and constantly seeking feedback from the employees.

Cons

- Some of the Pros above may not be consistent amongst all branch offices due to the structure of the company. All managers have their own style and expectations. -Can be slow to adapt to change, although better than a lot of companies. This is a strength and a weakness.

Pros

Overall compensation including annual bonus and ESOP. Good opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new projects. Leadership does a nice job of identifying strengths of their team.

Cons

Slow to change and holding those in a non-production roles accountable.
