- Management is open and transparent - Ownership of my day-to-day - Ability to see the impact of my work - Sharing in the rewards of success - Always encouraged to learn and grow - Working with other smart, hard-working people everyday -Opportunities to learn new things everyday - no matter if you've been here for 1 day or 1 decade (or more)

Cons

I can think of none for myself personally, but generally expectations are high, which can be a con if you aren't willing to put in the work and learn and grow in your role.
