Everyone is so helpful. I enjoy the entrepreneur culture. Your opinion matters. The better the company does the better your compensation.

Cons

We have grown so much in the last 5 years and going through the normal pains of scaling the business.

Ownership culture really creates a great work environment where everyone wants the company to do well because through our ESOP and bonus we will benefit when the company does well.
