      Pros

      Overall a great place to work and by far the best company I've worked for. People, compensation, benefits, work life balance and culture. Top management knows and engages with employees. You are encouraged to think outside of the box and are not only respected but truly appreciated. There are opportunities to grow and advance, both individually and professionally. I wish I found this company earlier in my career!

      Pros

      The employee stock ownership program.

      Cons

      The departments are very flat, so there is really no upward mobility. People stay there forever so a lot of people have to die before you could move up.

      Pros

      Great team of people to work with. Great company benefits and flexibility. Setting a career plan to remain with the company has been great. A place I can see a future path.

      Cons

      Overwhelmingly male dominated in the higher tiers. In my time here, the promotions to AVP and VP roles have been predominantly male within my department or have been males hired from outside the company. It's starting to seem like there is a limit professionally if you're not a man.
