-Flexible work schedule with the options of a 3 day in-office hybrid schedule and remote positions -Bonus structure and ESOP plan -Path to growing within the organization is clearly defined -Managers care about your growth and personal life -You are working with others who excel at what they do and specialize in a product

-If the job requires occasional travel, it can sometimes be more than advertised

Pros

Extremely Humble Leadership that instills that culture from top to bottom. Retirement benefits are elite through the ESOP program. If you put everyone in a room, you genuinely could not pick out the top person from the bottom, because everyone is so down to earth!

Cons

Relatively Siloed Verticals, although that is being addressed.
