Hello, thank you for the 5-star review! We are happy to hear that you enjoy your time on our team. Logistics can be a tough industry to be part of, but you handle it with stride, which we greatly appreciate. We are currently revamping our employee wellness areas, so thank you for bringing that up. Thank you for all you do to help ensure food gets delivered across America!

Pros

-Ability to work from home if need be. You get a laptop to take home and can easily do the Customer Service job from your home. Supervisors were understanding of family situations happening and the need to work from home at times....until they weren't. -Pay is decent. Start at 16 or so and then it increases every few months: 3 months goes up to about 17.10 and then 9 months you're at about 18 and after a year, you hit the 19 mark.

Cons

-As with any office, there are 'favorites' that can basically do no wrong, but if you can ignore that, you're golden. -The customer service department consists of 3-4 people who have to take care of almost EVERY NEED of over 10 dispatchers as well as tend to customers. -Too many different routes of communication to keep track of that things are easily slipped through the cracks. --NO ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT!If you're in CSR, you're basically stuck there. The other roles have room to move up. If you don't have at least a Bachelor's- you won't even be considered for a manager position. Even if you've already been doing the job for months. They won't give you the title or pay.
