Simply, this company should no longer be around. Their sexually discriminant ways are something out of the 1950s. They quite literally have a Men's only golf outing annually. The management regularly shows up intoxicated and belittles the staff for their own mismanagement. Not only do I not recommend working here, this is a genuine warning to anyone considering joining their "team" as they call it... Great example of how shady the company is, during covid, they brought the entire of into a meeting explaining we'd be taking a pay cut of around 20k a year but they are only doing that so they wouldn't have to lay off. Two weeks later they still laid people off and maintained the pay cut. They got to cut staff and salary, saving them a ridiculous amount of money while leaving member of their "team" high and dry during a health crisis. The owner openly says "business is business" and genuinely couldn't care less about the staff. He cares about golf, shuffle board, and his own money. If this is the type of company you'd like to work for... Goodluck.
