Pros

Anyone can get hired at this company.

Cons

Hours were not dependable. Had to hound manager for yearly review if not, yearly raises were not given. Warehouse Manager liked to instigate problems between workers. When ever an employee left because of the unorganized, mismanaged and plainly toxic environment the general manager and warehouse managers would blame all issues on them and gossip about them with other workers.

Pros

-Ability to work from home if need be. You get a laptop to take home and can easily do the Customer Service job from your home. Supervisors were understanding of family situations happening and the need to work from home at times....until they weren't. -Pay is decent. Start at 16 or so and then it increases every few months: 3 months goes up to about 17.10 and then 9 months you're at about 18 and after a year, you hit the 19 mark.

Cons

-As with any office, there are 'favorites' that can basically do no wrong, but if you can ignore that, you're golden. -The customer service department consists of 3-4 people who have to take care of almost EVERY NEED of over 10 dispatchers as well as tend to customers. -Too many different routes of communication to keep track of that things are easily slipped through the cracks. --NO ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT!If you're in CSR, you're basically stuck there. The other roles have room to move up. If you don't have at least a Bachelor's- you won't even be considered for a manager position. Even if you've already been doing the job for months. They won't give you the title or pay.
