Pros

There are many ways to measure a law firm when seeking employment. Perhaps your bingo card has squares for career advancement potential, reputation, compensation, or benefits. RMO fills all those boxes! For me, however, the center square of the bingo card is *people.* From A to Z, the people at RMO are kind, considerate, and thoughtful folks who take pride in their work and are invested in their colleagues' success.

Cons

RMO maintains several offices across some very big states, so it's entirely possible that you won't have the opportunity to see your colleagues in person as often as you'd like.

Pros

Positive collaboration with peers. Lots of team spirit. Supervisors and managers care about their team. Good work-life balance. Core values are not just words. Good benefits. Up-to-date tools and software provided to staff. Everyone from support staff to the Founding Partner cares about the people and families served and doing the right thing. I work with honest ethical people.

Cons

There are few cons. This is my first fully remote position. I love working from home, but it does take getting use to. RMO offers company Zoom meetings, Teams meetings, and utilizes apps to help keep remote staff connected and that definitely helps. I still miss the occasional company provided lunch with peers.

Pros

- RMO's staff are super friendly and inclusive -Autonomy. You have space to do your own work without being micromanaged but also have a whole team to work with and that truly wants to help you. - They stand by their values. - Great work environment and incentives

Cons

The only downside is being in office full time but they are gracious with their sick time/ vacation days.
