Also team leads are made basis on no criteria if you are managers friend thats the only criteria or violent in behavior. As they ned to control people which is biggest downside of this company. 7.5 screen hours is another setback that you have to deliver on a daily basis. Managers are doing unnecessary observation on the floor that too in a disrespectful manner can blame you for anything that you didnt even realize that you actually did it even promotion to the profile of TL are also based on their observation only no certain criteria for the same. HR is also non responsive and misguiding if you raise any kind of behavioral and abusive issue of team leads or trainers. Groupism is too much, even senior managers are the part of groups talk very closely to female employees, managers try to get close to the females, do personal talks, stand very close to their face.
