Good Place to work but salary issue

Very healthy environment, low work pressure, Saturday & Sunday fixed off until project crisis.

Cons

Salary issue- offer less pay to new joiners, also appraisal was not proper and max employees get only 9 to 10 percent of hike. Also there was not proper distribution of incentives among teams.

It doesn't have proper feedback system. So that employ can convey their thoughts, ideas and problem to senior officials.
